Hello Greatness,

It’s been a minute. I’m so glad to be able to write to you again. I really do hope you enjoyed the 7 Deadly Sins because there will be more collaboration in the future. I have so many things I want to write to you, but a friend of mine was trying to get me dabble into poetry, we wrote a piece together, and that’s what I would love for you to read today.

This year, I’ve dabbled in a couple of new and very challenging things. So far, I’m still here, and smiling. Glad I got to do so many things, with the help of God, of course. This has also opened new doors and opportunities for me. Formed new great connections as well. This year indeed has been awesome. See, these things that I say I’m smiling about have at one point or the other been very overwhelming. On several occasions I considered really giving up. I’m really grateful that I didn’t. Truth is, sometimes we think we are not up to a challenge because we don’t have a full understanding of that thing. The times I considered giving up, they were times when I didn’t fully grasp what it was. It felt like I was limiting myself. So glad I had lovely people around me to keep me going. I guess the Bible is right for saying my people perish for lack of knowledge. Perish in that context does not only mean destruction. In my case, it was me seriously limiting my ability, and it could really have affected my self-esteem. You know that feeling now, when you see people doing the things you really want to do and start feeling very uneasy around them. I snapped out of it and put more effort into learning. I might not necessarily be an expert just yet, but I know my onions. My advice- do that thing you feel very scared to do. You are capable.

P.S: I;m not calling myself a poet ooo, but I’ve learnt a lot from my friend.
